How much charge deduct by Paytm while transferring money to SBI

Today I used to book a ticket I filled all the detail but when I made payment through paytm my money deducted but ticket not booked.I check booked ticket history in IRCTC but there was not any detail of my deduction. So I want to know what should I do in such situation and how can I sure that my ticket has been booked? My Transaction id- 20000001483xxx. Kindly help me sir.

I can send money from my mobile to another mobile. But how to transfer without using the App?

I added 100 Rs In My Paytm Wallet But it could not be added. It Show me That .

I Checked it but it not be Approved by Bank ,and After that I have Received One Message that Your Transaction Has Failed.
Know What Should I do ? Please Help .

How I add money in paytm wallet ?

My friend transferred an amount of rs.11000/ through paytm wallet txn id no.[protected] to my SBI account no.[protected].
In that case amount 11000/ has not been credited to my SBI account by paytm company til. Two month has been elapsed. 
I do not know what are reasons. There is no right representative in paytm company .....

Today in the morning i was send the money through a qr code and the money is show in the receiver paytm for business in transaction amount.
So how to send this money to bank account plz tell me???..
The money is send to transaction amount but that not be send to the bank account so how to send that amount to bank account?.
