I was booking the ticket IRCTC through the paytm but in the process the

transaction was failed and detect the amount from my paytm account

 

The amount will reflect back to your bank account associated with the card used for the payment within 7 working days...
However, in the unlikely event that it does not for some reason..
For more ... you should Call and Email/ paytm
