Paytm

I have a paytm app in my cell phone i want to transfer the money from my account to other account 
so how can be transfer the money with using the paytm app..

• Offer applicable for transactions done on Paytm app/website.

I send 10 thousand Rs in my paytem wallet to SBI Bank.
Transfer of money is successful but not reach in my SBI account. And not back in my paytm wallet.
 

i was using the paytm app and i sent Money to Mobile number.
The amount was detected from my account and show the message.

what are the requirements for payment through paytm

I uploaded amount of Rs 5000 wallet money deducted from A/c but not added in my paytm wallet .
There is a msg about the payment that payment been declined by your bank . I queries in Paytm they said the money in not
received in paytm payment gateway it in the pnb payment gateway. I go to bank they told me that in there end they
pay money to paytm and told me this is not our work contact customer care. I request to give me a charge back form
they tell me we dont have any charge back form i complaint in pnb hot line but till no reponse.

Is there any minimum and maximum limitation to load cash in paytm wallet ?

I am unable to view the recent transactions i made. They are very important as a proof.
