Add Money Transaction Pending With Bank

I added 100 Rs In My Paytm Wallet But it could not be added. It Show me That .
 

Your Bank Has not be Confirmed This Payment .We Will Continue To Check For Status With Your Bank .Check Back in 4 Hours .

I Checked it but it not be Approved by Bank ,and After that I have Received One Message that Your Transaction Has Failed.
Know What Should I do ? Please Help .
