SBI Buddy

am using SBI Buddy and i was transferring the money but in the process i am getting this message .
For security reason your Master card purchase has been prevented from being processed due to repeated entry of incorrect details .
your card /login has been blocked for further use at Master Card secure code merchants.

I have paid my electricity bill online and transaction has been failed but the amount has been debited from my account 5 days are gone but still my amount is not refunded...

The app is not launching when I try to launch the app after downloading it from the Play Store .It creashes frequently. What do I
do now?

I downloaded the app and registered successfully, but I could not login to the app and was given an error?
What should I do?
