Deduction of TDS

Regarding Interests against FD gets debited on due date on 3rd of every month. But in the month of April of each financial year ie on 3rd of April,the Bank deducts TDS automatically. It is not possible to deposit form 15G/H on 2nd and 3rd April,eventhough sometimes it is deposited on 3rd April, the same does not get entered and the process of deduction of TDS effected.
Despite of submission of forms 15G/H submitted within 10th of April,the refunds are not affected eventhough making applications,posing complaints,talking to customer care,bank officials.

Balance Deducted Twice for the same transaction

I used My SBI VISA card for shopping, For the first time while swiping i got Transaction failed so I swiped again. On seeing my Statement I came to know that money has been deducted twice. I went to shop and tell them twice payment but they refuse that and said they receive only one payment . Please look into this and refund me the amount i lost. Please find my details below

 

State Bank Of India MVisa Money Debited Transaction Failed -No Transaction Number

Dear Sir,
I used SBI Anywhere android app's mVisa facility to pay for Pizza Hut using QR code. In this process the money got deducted
from my account but transaction was failed and popped a message stating about Refund within a day.


Further, I called customer care twice and they kept repeating 2 things:
1.Instead of registering complain they call it their technical issue
2. They asure me that they will help but they did'nt do that

Kindly refund my money as its been more than a month.

Firstly authenticate yourself by entering the INB (Internet Banking) login credentials

  1. Select the payment option form the list for net banking
  2. then select the Bank name form dropdown list option
  3. You will be redirected to your bank's internet banking login page.
  4. You have to authenticate yourself providing your ID and password
    and complete the transaction

SBI Refund Not Received

I had ordered for a wall clock on January, 2, 2018 from the online website, Amazon. in (order number: 408-0561578-1284353). I was delivered a faulty piece. Upon requesting a replacement, I received yet another faulty piece. Hence I returned that and asked for a refund. Amazon says it has refunded on 24th January 2018.

No refund is shown on my bank statement. When I had approached Amazon, it sent me a refund reference number with which it asked me to approach the customer care of State Bank of India , the bank through which the transaction was made.
