Transaction failed but money was detected from my paytm account

I tried to add money to my Paytm account twice but both times the transaction failed and the money was debited from my bank account (that is 2600 twice).
After an hour, I received notifications that the money has been credited to my Paytm wallet, but I didn't receive the money in my Paytm wallet.
What should I do?

Don't worry your money is absolutely safe in the banking system in case money was detected from your account ,your bank could take 7-14 days to credit the refund in your account ..
In case money was deducted from your account, your bank could take 7–14 days to credit the refund in your account. Since this time is taken by your bank, Paytm has little capability in expediting it Hence we suggest you to please wait for this duration...
You may also contact your bank for any delays....
