Money deducted from my Oxigen Wallet but ticket on IRCTC was not booked

My money is deducted but ticket is not booked through Oxigen wallet... I checked on IRCTC its showing failed transaction but money is deducted from Oxiygen money.
Transaction id is czrb-jw73-2bnp.

Plz help me so that i get my money in my wallet and your services are worst... I will not ever again use oxygen wallet.. Just give me my money back....

I was using the Federal Bank service for a more time .
Last day i was try to registering the mobile in the Federal Bank and but transaction is not completed and show the message ..

The account you entered cannot be registered through fed mobile please contact your branch..

give me the sensation how can i register .
