Transaction declined but amount got deducted from my account..

I was transfer the amount from my account to other account in this process..
My transaction declined but amount got deducted from my account.. 
Will I get back my money?..

Your money will be automatically credited in few hours in some cases but it is always advisable that you could complaint about it as soon as possible and not wait till 7 days..
In most of the genuine case it get refund easily but may take a bit time for it but in some cases you may loose the money.
