Ticket could not be booked bcs time out but money got deducted from my bank account

I was trying to book ticket on 01 Jan-2018 in general quota, date of journey is 01-May-2018,
but the ticket could not be booked because shown IRCTC logine time out but money got deducted from my bank account.Txn ID is 100001106136300 ..
I have not received refund yet.
