Hi,
Two days ago I cancel 3 ticket and IRCTC shows me that he will refund to ITZ cash card next day . But still
Money is not refunded in my bank account.

Plz help me for that

Steps to change Bank A/c Detail

Firstly login to your dashboard as shown right side on the top tap or click on

your username.Click/Tap setting as appear on dropdown

Now Click payout settings then click on 'Edit Payout Settings'
Upload the New Documents that match your updated details.
Your document will verified by Instamojo Team within 48 Business Hrs and you
shall be notified via email about the status.Note that the account details
should match with the PAN card (individual or business), and bank statement that
you have uploaded in your account.

Also they did'nt refund my money as they cancel money .

But now i see my refund status but in actual it is not refunded .Plz help me .

I was transferring 10,000 to me on dated 11/12/2017 from TEZ UPI transaction status is successful in TEZ APP but that amount did not reflect to my bank account. i have called so many time to tez customer care but they did not give me proper feedback. i have also raise dispute but still money not credit in my bank account and not sender account. I am using the Google Tez app and i was transfer the money from my account but still the process .
I have done payment 160 rupees today,money has been debited from my account and its showing still processing... Please do payment success or if timed out or in any other issues please add money to my account..
