Easy steps to book ticket and register using IRCTC eWallet

Login to IRCTC with your existing IRCTC user id and password.
Click the "IRCTC eWallet Registration" link under IRCTC eWallet Section in the "Plan my travel" page.
Complete Verification process by providing PAN OR Aadhaar and other details.
Deposit one time registration fee of Rs.50/-(Excluding Service Tax) online with any of the available payment options.
Membership fee and Redemption is subject to change at the discretion of IRCTC.
Credit the IRCTC eWallet account with the minimum deposit of Rs.100/- and top up with the required booking amount. Maximum amount permitted in user's account is Rs. 10,000.
Pay ticket booking amount through IRCTC eWallet which is displayed as payment option along with other Banks.

Mostly it takes 2-3 days.

In case of debit cards it can take even 18 days.

In the worst if you don't received refund within 2-28 days you should contact IRCTC.

Before that first check that ticket was indeed never booked in the first places. Some people forget to see it.

I had booked a ticket on IRCTC using paytm gateway using my SBI card and

it was not booked as seats was not available but amount got deducted automatically.

On IRCTC portal its showing money has been refunded back to payt but the refunded money has not been credited back to my account.
The details are given below :
Transaction id - [protected]
Transaction date: 28-Dec-2017
Cancellation / refund id - [protected]

I tried to book a railway ticket by using paytm application.

The ticket was not booked. But the money was deducted from my sbi account.

The details are as follows:
Debited amount: 185.63 rupees
Date- 29/12/2017
Time- 16:45:03
so what can i do...

ticket is not booked but money is deducted from my paytm wallet

please give me my case back so I can book a new ticket . I already call 10 times to your customer services but no attend the phone call I loss my 70 rs on my phone calls please take strict action regard this .

i have booked a ticket from delhi to goa in two person travel journey is on 21-sep-2016 and made the payment through SBI Debit Card .the detail of which are give bellow transaction ref-15536664xxx and 800 rs amount has detected from the my account but the ticket not been booked......
so how can be back my amount ...

I was trying to book ticket on 01 Jan-2018 in general quota, date of journey is 01-May-2018,
but the ticket could not be booked because shown IRCTC logine time out but money got deducted from my bank account.Txn ID is 100001106136300 ..
I have not received refund yet.
