I just went to the ATM and withdraw Rs-2000 only .I Don't know What happened because the ATM never give me the money but the transaction slip that i got show that the money has been detected ....I don't know if i will ever get my money back ...

I am a Royal Customer of PNB Bank and i am having a saving account in a PNB branch .My savings bank account no is 10004356xxxxxx.
presently I don't have internet banking facility In my saving account .
This is causing me a great hindrance in paying my bills and taxes through online transaction .neither am i avail the facility of online bill pay..
how can be a use this facility.
I made a withdrawal of Rs.10000/- on 7th Mar 2017 from PNB ATM in Gautam Nagar.
The ATM Dispensed five 2000 rupee notes. In one note there was written something on it and
I have been trying to use but nobody is accepting. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
I used my ATM card and the transaction was carried out, but i received no money and my account was debited.
I having account in Punjab National Bank .
On 06/011/2017 at 11.15am i have withdrawal of 5000 Rs. from the PNB bank ATM.
But due some machinery problem i have not receive my 5000 Rs. but after checking the balance i have observed that 5000 Rs was deducted from my principle amount.
I immediately informed to Punjab National Bank..
I told all activities to PNB bank.
Finally i am noticing to u what can i do....
All the PNB Customers update their KYC detail with bank.
