When you receive refund and you want your refund back to source

Follows these steps to transfer your refund to bank a/c or source

1. firstly login and tap/click to Customer Dashbooard. you can click here for access.
2. Click on 'PayUmoney Wallet' icon available on the left side of your page.
3. Click on 'Refund' option available on the right under the transaction summary
4. The refunded amount will reflect in the source (card/bank account) within 3-5 working
   days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays)
