Amount detected my bank account*during the transaction but not added to my freecharge

I was adding a certain amount of money ( Rs.- 200/-) to my Freecharge wallet on 06/06/2017 through my UCO Bank visa atm/debit card.
But the problem that happened, is that, that

amount of money was detected from my bank account during the transaction but not added to my freecharge wallet
