Recharge failed and amount is deducted from my bank account

I was recharging my phone through freecharge on 8th november. I had use upi for making transaction with freecharge of rs.499.
But the

recharge failed and amount is deducted from my bank account and also the transaction was successful

and the money was sent to freecharge@axisbank and was a successful transaction but still i didn't got recharge and any balance in freecharge app..
