Unable to transfer Axis Bank A/C Money to Other Banks Account.

Hello sir/mam please help me I m unable to transfer money to other bank through internet banking? please explain the required step .

Follow These Steps For New Payee
  • Login To Internet Banking.
  • Click On Transfer Funds.
  • Enter The Payee Name & Nickname.
  • Select Other Bank Accounts From The Drop Down Under ‘Register Payee For’.
  • Enter The Account Number.
  • Re-Confirm The Account Number.
  • Select ‘IFSC’ Option To Enter IFSC Code Or Branch Option.
  • Select The Bank, State & Branch.
  • Click On Proceed.
  • Select The Checkbox ‘I Have Read The Disclaimer And Accept All The Terms And Conditions’.
  • Check The Details.
  • Click On Submit.
  • Enter The Net secure Code Received Through Sms.

And Follow These Steps For Existing Payee
  • Login to Internet Banking
  • Click on Payments
  • Click on Transfer Funds
  • Select Axis Bank Accounts
  • Select the account to which you wish to transfer funds
  • Click on Begin Payment
  • Select the Account to be debited
  • Enter date and amount
  • Click on Next
  • Enter Net Secure Code received on your mobile phone to process the transfe
Also Note :You can add only 3 beneficiaries in a day and transfer fund only after 30 minutes of adding the beneficiary.
