Ticket cancel automatically and false status of refund shows on Zaakpay

my ticket automatically cancel when i booked ticket . Intialy it shows waiting chart preparation. 
Also they did'nt refund my money as they cancel money .

I see my refund status  it is not refunded Yet .What should i do?
