In my account both the recharges are showing successful show error

Hi

On 11th May 2014 and 12th May 2014 I have recharged my vodafone mobile by Rs 38 sms card from paytm.com.

In my account both the recharges are showing successful but still I didn’t get any one.

I contacted paytm lots of time but not getting any positive response from them.Everyday I sent emails to them but their executives are totally useless.

I need my total money (Rs 38 + Rs 38 = Rs 76) back.Please help.
