Amount detected from my account but the recharge is not successfull

I have recharged my jio mobile number - [protected] by freecharge wallet but it - [protected] did not get recharged and rs499/- also debited from my bank account.
A message came to my another mobile number [protected] i. E registered to the freecharge wallet.
The message was that the mobile number - [protected] have been successfully recharged,...
